SYNOPSIS
GENRE: SCI-FI/ACTION/THRILLER HELIOS is a thrilling mix of DEEP IMPACT and APOLLO 13.
Year: 2030 - Commercial aeronautics company, Spacecom, division of Telesys led
by the egotistical billionaire entrepreneur MARK CARR, is preparing its spaceplane, THE HELIOS, for its first flight to carry supplies to the International Space Station (ISS) when a solar flare caused by geomagnetic storm hits the Earth. The flare knocks out power across America, crashes THE HELIOS, and cripples the International Space Station's systems.
Brilliant former NASA Astronaut and astronomer JESS DENVER, who was driven out of the commercial space industry years ago by Carr's ego and paranoia, quickly figures out this solar event was not a one-off event, and the Earth is about to be hit by a massive SOLAR STORM that will destroy civilization as we know it! Back at Spacecom, Carr realizes the woman he drove away is the only one who can now save the planet. The government arranges to have US Air Force Airman LIEUTENANT COLONEL SAM ADLER to retrieve retired NASA Astronaut Jess from the rural college town she has made a home.
As Jess and Sam travel to Spacecom a second flare releases an EMP that cripples Adler's helicopter, forcing the remaining team quickly spiraling into chaos and panic as they race against time to restart the large-scale ARKLING GENERATOR. Created by Jess, this satellite constellation is now Earth's only hope of deflecting the incoming solar storm. Meanwhile, Jess' brother, International Space (ISS) Station COMMANDER BOBBY DENVER, must race against time to repair the station before he and the entire crew die from oxygen depletion.
Will Jess and Sam be able to get the generator into space before mankind is zapped back to stone age?

Synopsis
(Party) Crasher is the true story of a young man with a restless heart and deep-lying insecurities that were masked by an insatiable, abnormal craving for self approval. With the help of a higher power and Dr. K, Mitch started doing “esteemable” acts and a miracle happened. The fear and insecurities disappeared and the craving for approval transformed into an ability to help others and think less about himself. “As I plotted our next con, I knew we had one factor on our side: The special vulnerabilities of one-day events.
This was a total one-show. Noone involved would ever see us again. All we had to do was make someone believe we belonged.”
The human capacity for self-deception is limitless. As Mitch’s addictions continued to grow, he lost control of his life and had no choice but to go into therapy.
“It’s not who you are, it’s who they think you are.”
Mitch parts way with Jerry and starts seeing Psychiatrist, Dr. K who helps him turn his life around.
“If I could get in anywhere, I could achieve anything.”
The true joy of an authentic life begins when Mitch becomes a successful hedge fund manager with a wife and two beautiful daughters.
Dr. K dies unexpectedly from cancer. Mitch reunites with Jerry, who has become addicted to heroin. Can Mitch
hold on to his new life or will he fall back
into bad habits with old friends ...?
